Golden Valley Professional Center Golden Valley, MINNESOTA This 32,000 sq. foot, two-story office building is designed as a speculative multi-tenant project. The building includes a special two storey open atrium with wood trim and glass rail staircase and elevator lobby. A common use conference room with A/V and computer hook-ups is part of the amenities package for tenants. The site presented unique design challenges in that it is a narrow site between a railroad line and public street, also encumbered by the future expressway design. It also was complicated by past PUD requirements of the three site development, and some neighborhood opposition. Sited at the intersection of State Highways 55 and 100, the project is a 3 minutes from the Minneapolis Central Business District.
