21st Century Bank Blaine, MINNESOTA The Anchor tenant space in this building, also designed by The Design Partnership, is a 7,000 s.f. Space used as a banking floor and related office and data center support. The concept of this space was to create a high-tech environment by using common place materials like metals, porcelain tile, glass block, and a variety of ceiling finishes. The same materials and colors were carried through the public corridors, lobbies and restrooms, to unify the overall concept. Furniture systems, office furniture, and custom designed teller line, reception desk and check stand were also designed by The Design Partnership.
