Itron Regional Headquarters Lakeville, MINNESOTA This multi-purpose building is designed for use as an office and engineering laboratory facility. Support spaces include conferencing centers, open office quadrants, and warehousing space. New manufacturing equipment is tested here before final assembly and installation at other facilities. The laboratories required special environmental control and special power requirements. The Design Partnership also provided facilities growth projections, and designed this structure to be built in 3 phases to allow for flexibility of continued growth, or multiple tenant use.
