The result is a stunning three story, 28,000 sq. ft. office building that houses 21st Century Bank's Headquarters and their computer center as the anchor tenant. A dramatic high-tech appearance is achieved through using a glass block arcade and EFIS panel system. Second and third floor tenants spaces will feature full glass walls and balconies for high quality, open office spaces. The 7,000 square feet banking interior continues this high-tech image with the innovative use of common building materials to create a stunning space while remaining personable and inviting.
